Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson is a Mexican musician who was born into a musical family. Her early years were spent listening to classical music, boleros from the past, and the traditional romantic and ranchero ballads. Ana loves tangos, opera, and every form of dramatic performances. She began singing and learning music with her mother, and commenced more serious vocal training at the age of 16 working with the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio Becerra. She continued her musical studies at the School of Music of the University of Guadalajara, and afterward in the School of Sacred Music in Toluca, Mexico. The beginning of her professional career saw her perform with many orchestras, chamber ensembles, and opera choirs and chamber groups in Guadalajara. After relocating to California in United States in 2000, she joined the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before moving to her present place in southern California. She is currently performing classic Latin American songs at private events as a soloist. As a local performer and instructor and instructor, her passion for art and music has her engaged in a wide range of different projects. Ana is also an ex-member of the Community Chorus of Redlands. The Inland Master Chorale. and the Performance Loft. Ana finds it a privilege to have the opportunity to bring to others her passion for the traditional Latin American music. She hopes that this will encourage younger generations to continue the tradition.
